TORX Star Head Drill Bits

These bits are engineered to be the most compatible with our composite and trim screws. The hardened steel alloy it is made of is ready for all power tools and hardened screws, with a life is 5x more than standard bits. The Torx design allows for a greater amount of torque to be applied to the fastener without causing damage to the screw head or the bit. The straight sides of the Torx bit and the screw head provide a more secure engagement, reducing the likelihood of cam-out (the bit slipping out of the screw). With reduced cam-out and better torque transfer, Torx bits enable faster and more efficient work
