"Ultimate Deck Quick-Cleaner" was created specifically for regular maintenance cleaning.  This quick one-step cleaner will not remove or harm an existing coating or stain, yet will remove dirt, grime, mildew, tannin, water, and rust stains.  Regular cleaning prolongs the life of your deck and stain by eliminating the food source that attracts and sustains wood-damaging organisms.

When properly diluted one container will clean about 800 square feet of deck surface. This cleaner can be applied using your pressure washer's chemical additive system, or with a pump-up garden sprayer, or by brush/roller/mop.

NOTE:  Although an excellent maintenance cleaner, to clean your deck prior to staining it we recommend our Ultimate Deck Cleaner - Step 1 followed by our Ultimate Citric Brightener - Step 2.  This two-step approach provides a much more potent restoration which will lead to a much better staining result.  If unwanted particles are not fully removed from the deck before staining, the stain may draw these particles down into the wood and bind them there permanently.  In addition to permanently ruining the appearance of your deck, these drawn-down particles provide food for damaging organisms to move deeper into your wood.
